We are happy to announce the list of grant recipients approved by the TON Foundation in March-April 2024. 

The list of talented teams below proves our dedication to support strong **social Web3 use cases, games, DeFi**, and other valuable tools and products that enhance the TON ecosystem. With most projects building a Telegram Mini App with social viral features and easy onboarding, we are getting closer to the goal of bringing **half billion users on-chain by 2028**.

The article showcases that not only games and SocialFi but also DeFi products can offer a simple and engaging experience, combined with sharing features and multi-layer referral programs.

All teams made impressive progress on product development and, importantly, on **building an early community and attracting first users**.

Games are a key focus area of the TON Grants Program. Recently, these two teams received financial support for game development.

- **Jump Trade**: Building 3 Telegram Mini Apps (Classic Puzzle Game, Cards 21, Basketball Shots) with engaging gameplay, real-time multiplayer, and NFT passes. These mini games aim to onboard masses into web3.

- **XPLUS**: Winner of the TON Hacker House 2024. Launching an all-in-one entertainment Mini App with token and memecoin trading games, XPLUSMONs, and Shake2Earn Farming. With 1.3 million registered users, 180k DAU, and 2k NFTs sold in hours, XPLUS is already in the App Battle of The Open League.

- **TELE**: Creating a Social-Fi infrastructure for deploying tokens and engaging communities. The launch of The Open League has expanded the DeFi landscape on TON, offering new financial products. The aim of these projects is to boost the DeFi ecosystem on TON and leverage Telegram while doing so.

With USDT coming to TON and increased interest from other blockchains, robust bridging solutions, reliable infrastructure, and security are essential.

- **Symbiosis**: A decentralized cross-chain protocol connecting TON to 27 chains, allowing users to bridge assets from EVM to TON seamlessly. With 1.2M transactions and $1.4B of value swapped and bridged, Symbiosis will enhance the TON ecosystem.

Grants Report for March & April: 14 Teams Set to Receive Grants and Join The Open League

Since its inception in early 2023, the [TON Accelerator Program](https://ton.org/accelerator) has been at the forefront of empowering entrepreneurs to integrate seamlessly into the TON-based Web3 ecosystem in Telegram. Its mission is to provide a frictionless path for Web3 builders to develop TON-based products that reach Telegram's 900 million monthly active users.

We received over 170 applications, and after carefully reviewing them, we chose 11 projects to join our Accelerator's 9-week curriculum. 

**In 9 weeks, the selected projects will expand their knowledge about:**
- **Product**: Mentors will demonstrate how to build scalable Telegram Mini Apps with special considerations for a user-friendly UI/UX, share best practices in Telegram Web Apps, and explore the unique features and advantages of building on Telegram, covering Wallet and Ton Space integration. 
- **Go-to-market strategy:** Learn how to leverage viral mechanics, Telegram Ads, and KOLs to boost the project's reach. We will review specific case studies to see real-world implementation.
- **Technical knowledge:** Improve your knowledge of smart contract programming, learn how to develop secure code, and more. 
- **Tokenomics & listing:** Understand exchanges' listing requirements, learn how to negotiate with market makers, and design sustainable tokenomics. 
- **Fundraising:** Our experienced mentors will show you how to build a resilient business structure and create a winning pitch deck.
- **Founder Sessions:** Private AMAs with the founders of top projects from the TON Ecosystem.

But that's not everything. 

**Participants in the Accelerator will receive a comprehensive grant and access to personalized mentorship from top experts.** Additionally, they will receive credits for Telegram Ads and, upon approval, $5,000 in cloud services credits from our partners AWS, Tencent Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud. They will also be prioritized for audit, gain opportunities for introductions to VCs and investors, and have the chance to secure speaking slots at future TON events.

To help the participants grow, **we will secure their access to the [Community Bot](https://t.me/community_bot) team**, the creators of Notcoin, **and to [Early](https://t.me/early_adopters), our platform designed to boost new projects** on TON to enable them to launch quests on their platform to attract their initial user base. Using the Community Bot service is optional, as the projects will have to negotiate a fee with the Community Bot team for the setup of their campaigns. Participation in the Early platform is free of charge. For teams interested in leveraging this opportunity, a dedicated module will be available to explain the process in detail.

The **top Accelerator participants may secure funding from a $2,000,000 pool provided by TON Ventures** and additional investment opportunities from TON Foundation’s network.

- **[Nexton](https://www.nexton.solutions/):** Nexton is a staking & restaking hub on TON, designed to maximize and optimize your yields. Fully accessible via their [Mini App](https://t.me/Nexton_tele_bot ), Nexton allows you to simply enter the world of DeFi and access features, including staking, marketplace, and upcoming features such as loans and swaps. 

- **[United Finance](https://unitedfinance.io/):** The first yield aggregation protocol on the TON Blockchain. wuTON is the protocol's first product, a yield-bearing token backed by TON. Users deposit their TON and receive wuTON in return. wuTON is usable as any other token and aims to offer a higher yield than provided by staking.


- **[Gatto](https://t.me/gatto_gamebot):** Gatto is a mid-core game with meaningful collectibles (NFTs) and IAP using @wallet. This unusual game combines the genres of Tamagotchi, platformer, and farm simulator, where more than 1 million users already take care of their virtual pets and get TONCOIN. In the near future, there will be full-fledged PvP and PvE battles and construction mode.

- **[Maincard.io](https://maincard.io/):** Maincard is a fantasy manager for sports and esports designed to enable blockchain mass adoption in the most fun and engaging way. Launched in early 2023, to date, Maincard.io onboarded over 100,000 active players from over 120 countries. Their players made over a million transactions on Polygon, and in February, Maincard launched on TON. The TON mainnet launch is scheduled for April 15.

- **[Moons. so](https://moons.so/):** Moons.so is the leading SocialFi platform built on TON. It allows users to talk freely without any central admins in various local communities to explore and connect with global blockchain networks and diverse, worldwide users.                                                                                            

- **[MuggleLink](https://link.mugglepay.com/):** MuggleLink is a Web3 freelance services marketplace. Their mission is to link Muggles and make the world work together through crypto. MuggleLink allows individual users and content creators to receive crypto payments via social networks, including Telegram, X, and YouTube. 

- **[vSelf]( https://vself.app/):** vSelf is a Community-as-a-Service platform on TON that equips brands with the power of Web3 technology, providing easy-to-use tools for growth hacking and community engagement. 

- **[Bion](www.bionapp.com):** Bion makes Web3 shopping easy with its app, which allows you to make payments in crypto with listed brands and earn cashback in crypto for every purchase. 

- **[EdChess](https://edchess.io/):** As you probably guessed, EdChess is a game platform integrated into [Telegram as a Mini App](https://t.me/edchess_bot) and mobile app. Combining two huge user bases, EdChess provides an enhanced gaming and learning experience; the platform allows users to earn cryptocurrency by playing mind games, participating in tournaments, and various confrontations.

- **[FireHeadz](https://t.me/the_pixels_bot):** FireHeadz is a team of pioneers creating viral games on Telegram. They utilize a unique mechanic to capture and amplify user engagement and specialize in integrating cutting-edge Web3 mechanics into their games, setting new trends, and enhancing gaming experience with tokens, mining, unique NFT collections, and in-game content generated by artificial intelligence. They built an extremely successful game [The Pixels](https://t.me/the_pixels_bot), with more than 500,000 users. 

- **[Kit 42](https://t.me/kit42bot):** Kit 42 is a unique, feature-rich Telegram app that uses Telegram User API for maximum efficiency. Get detailed analytics on calls, contacts, chats, and channel recordings. Easily manage, clean blacklist, create, and send scripted animated messages, making your Telegram experience even more interesting.

With the second month of 2024 behind us, it's time to announce the new list of grant recipients approved by the TON Foundation for February. 

The selected projects show our commitment to supporting social Web3 use cases within Telegram, which is the main focus of the current grant strategy. With TON and Telegram, we're dedicated to making Web3 onboarding simple and making mass adoption a reality. 

Our belief in the potential of straightforward and viral mechanics as the grounds for mass adoption drove us to offer grant support to the following teams.

## **TON Grants Recipients for February 2024**
### **Lost Dogs: Coin Flip & Game**
This team has been building in the ecosystem for quite some time now, and the granularity and precision of their two approved grant proposals demonstrate their deep understanding of how to create a viral product and quickly bring it to the market.

The team's first new product will be the classic coin flip game, and the examples of Solana and SUI prove that this mechanic can greatly benefit from Web3 elements. Fun and easy gameplay, combined with an effective marketing plan (own Telegram channels, collaborations with other TON teams, listing in catalogs and Telegram ads), is the key to success here.

In the second game, players compete with each other for a big prize just by throwing dice with one button. These simple 'battle' mechanics and smooth onboarding will help Web2 users start using @wallet and other TON wallets inside Telegram and see the immense opportunities that Web3 offers. ### **Fortune Cookies**
Fortune Cookies is an entertainment app launched in 2019 on the VKontakte social network. It has a fan base of 1M+ users and more than 250 K active users on a weekly basis. The main feature of the game is predictions. Players enter the game every day for positive and motivating predictions. 

Predictions are unlocked for rare currency, which can be obtained for free in limited quantities and purchased extra through TON wallets. Apart from that, players can merge identical cookies to upgrade the level - there will be more than 190 unique cookie levels in the game. ### **Sheep Royal**
Another game with viral mechanics and a 500K user base invites players to push logs to the opponent's side using a unique card deck. 

Aimed primarily at teenagers and young adults, Sheep Royal will try to replicate the best practices of the existing game in the form of a TMA, adding such Web3 elements as NFT skins and characters, and as a result, secure a decent share of the Telegram 800M monthly audience. ### **Onton**
Another grant approved in February goes to the team developing an event management tool for the TON ecosystem. This easy-to-use tool with smooth onboarding will allow event creators of TON projects and the TON Society to create, manage, analyze, and improve events.

In Q4 2023, TON Foundation played a pivotal role in advancing TON Ecosystem, directing funds towards promising Web3 Telegram Mini Apps, GameFi, DeFi, infrastructure and beyond. This report offers a detailed examination of the financial assistance provided to promising projects and the accomplishments highlighted by the completion of various bounties, emphasizing TON Foundation’s commitment to supporting the ecosystem’s journey towards mass adoption.

TON Foundation is proud to announce the final list of grant recipients for Q4 2023!

This round saw a dynamic mix of projects from GameFi, [Telegram Mini Apps](https://ton.org/mini-apps), DeFi,  infrastructure, and beyond, drawing 243 submissions requesting approximately $1 million in funding. After a rigorous selection process, 228 proposals were reviewed, and 18 exceptional projects were chosen, receiving a total of about $350K in rewards.

The recipient teams, with their strong, relevant expertise, offered innovative solutions that addressed key challenges within the TON Ecosystem. They also presented effective go-to-market plans, crucial for grant success and product development.

In the GameFi segment, **FireHeadz** received a grant to develop hybrid-casual games on Telegram using TON Blockchain, aiming to create simple, viral Web3 games for mass adoption through Telegram’s user base. FireHeadz has already successfully launched two Telegram Mini App games: [GeoMapper](https://t.me/GeoMapperGameBot) and [The Pixels](https://t.me/the_pixels_bot).

**[PlayWallet](http://t.me/playwalletbot)** has introduced a solution allowing users to top up gaming platforms like Steam with cryptocurrency through a new Telegram Mini App; the team aims to onboard half a million users in the coming months.

**[TonJump](https://t.me/tonjump_bot)** marks a notable advancement within the ecosystem by introducing the first Web3 user-generated content game on Telegram. It provides a platform for users to craft and share their customizable game maps, blending NFTs and TON into a platformer game. 

In the realm of DeFi, **[DeDust.io](https://t.me/dedustBot)** has secured funding to develop a Mini App version of its DEX, effectively narrowing the gap between TON’s DeFi services and Telegram users. 

**[Kit42](https://t.me/kit42bot)** introduces a feature-rich mini app to Telegram, offering analysis and management tools for contacts, messages, and channels, alongside account cleanup features. This tool aims to streamline Telegram use and support user transition into Web3.

**[TON Raffles](https://t.me/tonraffle_bot)** has been funded to propel the development of a comprehensive Web3 project platform, enabling NFT minting and sales through a Mini App. In a similar vein, **[DAOLama](https://t.me/daolama_bot)** is at the forefront of NFT and Web3 project support with its protocol for NFT lending and renting, receiving grant support for its Mini App development. The team has recently launched a new product, allowing you to buy NFTs for half their market price.

**[Xircus](https://www.xircus.app/)** has received a grant for its platform that simplifies the creation and deployment of Web3 applications on TON, greatly easing the development process for creators and fostering innovation within the TON Ecosystem by removing common blockchain development barriers. This tool is becoming essential as interest in the TON Ecosystem grows, promising to increase developer engagement.

**[Tonano](https://tonano.io/)**, the first inscription protocol on TON, also received a grant from TON Foundation. This support aims to bolster community engagement and assist the protocol’s relaunch.

These latest grants highlight our commitment to supporting the wider TON Ecosystem, by showcasing a diverse range of projects: DeDust brings DeFi to Telegram users, TonJump and FireHeadz drive viral gaming experiences, PlayWallet simplifies gamer transactions, Ton Raffles upgrades Web3 project infrastructure, DAOLama fosters the NFT landscape on TON, Xircus enhances the developer experience, Kit42 broadens Telegram’s functionality, and Tonano pioneers with its innovative inscription use case.

Additionally, a total of 8 other innovative projects received TON grants.

We are pleased to announce TON Foundation’s approved grant recipients for Round 1 of Q2 2023!

The approved grant projects will bring significant value to TON by improving the visibility of TON-based applications and Jettons, enabling on-chain lending, providing on-chain contract management and performance monitoring, introducing user-friendly use cases for TON core services, and exposing Toncoin (TON) to a large mobile audience through a TON wallet integration with KaiOS.

Additionally, a **content viewing service** will be launched with support for documents, books, and basic videos from TON Storage, along with the indexing of Storage bags for search purposes.
